As a Fund Servicing Analyst, you will support the delivery of Transfer Agency operations by ensuring the timely and accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing of fund and investor data across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for operational processing, risk management, exception handling, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to a high-quality client experience across the fund lifecycle.

Job responsibilities  
  • Maintain and update fund reference data, static data, and investor records across Transfer Agency and associated operational platforms.
  • Translate client onboarding requirements, fund documentation, and offering documents into accurate system configurations and operational setups.
  • Support NAV processing, price loading, fund pricing activities, and related reporting requirements.
  • Ensure all operational activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements and processing deadlines.
  • Monitor daily workflows, investigate exceptions, and take ownership of issue resolution and escalation where required.
  • Partner with multiple Transfer Agency teams including Reconciliations, Cash Processing, Registration, Fund Implementation, and Technology to support seamless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
  • Identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Transfer Agency operations and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Experience working with fund setup, static data management, fund accounting support, reconciliations, pricing, or fund servicing activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across operational and technology teams.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and risk management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  
  • Experience supporting NAV processing, fund setup, investor servicing, or transfer agency recordkeeping platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, preferably in Transfer Agency, Fund Services, Fund Administration, Reconciliations, or Asset Servicing.
  • Knowledge of operational risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience participating in process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Fund Services, Asset Management, Transfer Agency, Custody, or Asset Servicing products.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
