About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Corporate Solutions team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

• You will responsible for collecting and organizing information for bookkeeping.

• You will carry out necessary checks and prepare documents for review by other team members.

• You will maintain and update our internal document management systems.

• You will assist in general accounting and bookkeeping according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements.

• You may be required to work in other accounting related group tasks and projects as required by the Account Manager.

• You will handle ad hoc assignments.

About You:

• You have completed your Higher School Certificate of Education or similar with Accounting as principal subject or you hold a diploma in Accounting. Having completing a few ACCA papers would be an advantage;

• Some experience in accounting would be an advantage.

• You have excellent communication and writing skills.

• You are dynamic, organized and motivated.

• You have the ability to work in a team.

• You have knowledge of Excel and Word essential.
