Your Role:

As an Executive Vice President for Institutional Services, you play a critical role in scaling the operations, enhancing operational controls, improving the driving process, and maintaining exceptional service quality for strategic clients.

You will be responsible for leading the business; driving performance, client outcomes, and strategic growth—while ensuring that this business is effectively enabled by a scalable, standardized, and high-performing global delivery model.

You will drive the execution of strategic initiatives through the engagement of key stakeholders across the business, running the business operations with full accountability for the P&L. This requires strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, IT, the Transformation Office, and administrative functions.

Strategic Leadership & Business Management

• You will oversee and manage a significant strategic client from a senior relationship management and operations perspective.
• You will oversee a major onboarding initiative, collaborating with senior client contacts and senior leadership within Citco
• You will oversee a multidisciplinary operations team, helping to build an efficient and cohesive operating model, leveraging the extent of Citco’s technology capabilities.

Global Operations & COE Leadership

• Lead operations, driving productivity, consistency, and quality across, multi-location teams
• Identify and leverage AI opportunities that will influence strategies and Citco's competitive position in the market
• Own and monitor service delivery performance (SLA, KPIs, MIS reporting) across operations
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and workforce planning
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strong control frameworks

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

• You will oversee Client Relationship Management and ensure to identify the resolution of complex client issues.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure client SLAs are adhered to and ensure the client experience is optimized
• You will visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
• You will work in partnership with the Executive Management team, and contribute meaningfully to executive level steering committee updates

Leadership & People Management

• You will oversee key functional teams, located both onshore and offshore, to ensure awareness of key client requirements and overall operational effectiveness.
• You will manage a team of Senior Vice Presidents and other functional groups involved with providing administration to a multi asset portfolio
• You will oversee staffing requirements, monitor operational capacity and efficiency and forecast upcoming work requirements.

Operations & Risk Management

• Ensure service levels are maintained for all funds within your remit
• Use appropriate monitoring systems to gauge the level of operational and reputational risk
• Ensure all internal risk management procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Manage change and develop risk mitigation plans
• Review administration agreements and service level agreements to ensure terms are reasonable and compliant
• Ensure all activities are conducted in adherence with relevant policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Reporting & Governance

• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant reports to the Global Heads and CFS Management Team
• Participating as a member of management in initiatives to evolve business and maintain Citco's pre-eminent market position
• Manage additional departments as necessary for the successful running of client relationship

About You:

• You have a Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation
• You have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments
• You have 8-10 years’ experience managing staff.
• You have in depth experience in Fund exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments
• You have an in-depth understanding of Fund Administration, ideally with exposure to Private Equity and / or Real Assets
• You have an excellent grasp of Citco’s various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly.
• You have experience in leading significant client onboardings
• You have experience working with and overseeing both onshore and offshore operational teams
