About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our
alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most
respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means
our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

• 
  You will review written documents including but not limited to financial information, tax forms and self-certification forms in order to perform AEOI classification and due diligence;
• 
  Documents management, including but not limited to data input into the company’s systems
• 
  Reading and interpreting Financial Statements to determine and/or confirm reportable AEOI accounts and values for legal local reporting purposes;
• 
  Identify, analyze and troubleshoot classification and re-classification inconsistencies;
• 
  Presenting solutions and best practices regarding AEOI procedures and tasks;
• 
  Manage extensive client list and prioritize multiple projects
• 
  Timely and proper communication to the appropriate parties; Provide excellent service to clients
• 
  Assist clients with any AEOI query

About You:

• 
  You have 6 months – 2 years of relevant work experience
• 
  Prior tax and financial services experience a plus
• 
  Strong software skills
• 
  Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros and pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand workbooks
• 
  Intuitive feel and be a quick study for various software applications
• 
  Hedge fund experience is a plus
• 
  Experience in FATCA and AEOI reporting on hedge funds/private equity funds is a plus.
• 
  Strong attention to detail
• 
  Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects
• 
  Proactive attitude
