About The Role:
Our Client is seeking a self-motivated Senior Associate to join their Accounting Operations team in Boston. This position is a part of a growing team that is passionate about implementing processes, driving continuous improvement and delivering results. The Accounting Operations team is a group of functional teams that perform fund operational processes on a centralized basis for all funds using a consistent, standardized approach. As a member of the Accounting Operations team, the Senior Associate supports various Fund Operations teams by performing, on a cross-fund basis: high-volume processing and review activities, tasks downstream of operations team signoff, and other processing functions.

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is$82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
