Job Title: ICAMP and Industry Partner
Department: Fund Development, Strategic Partnerships and Foundation

Location: College Drive Campus – North Bay, ON
Status: Temporary Full-Time – Leave Replacement
Contract Duration June 17, 2026 - February 19, 2027
Hours Per Week: 37.50
Pay Range: $40.39 to $46.64 – Payband I

The incumbent reports to the Director ICAMP and Office of Corporate, Community and Alumni Partnership. The ICAMP and Industry Partnership Lead, leads projects, promotes, and enhances interactions with companies, increases the number of industry contacts, and promotes economic growth and development.

Qualifications:
• Three (3) year diploma/degree in Business or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fundraising, sponsorship and/or donor management and communication experience, including direct responsibility for the production of publications, brochures, annual donor reports and fundraising-specific web content
• Extensive experience with various databases and software relating to financial and CRM environments
• Proven experience with generating new partnerships and maintaining and growing current relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and various databases for financial and project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Demonstrated experience in donor records management, database mining, and fundraising methodology
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to build positive relationships with volunteers, donors, and colleagues
• Knowledge of legislation, regulations, legal and ethical standards and requirements
• Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information
• Must be able to reliably commute and/or relocate to North Bay, ON required

Responsibilities:
• Lead multi- projects at ICAMP, collaborating with the technical team to develop project timelines, allocate resources and budgets, and ensure timely project completion
• Provide high-level support to external companies, contractors, and clients
• Develop strategies and materials in partnership with the Marketing and Communications department to encourage participation with ICAMP
• Develop, analyze, prepare, and maintain various budgets reflecting different accounting procedures and funding sources
• Monitor and reconcile departmental and special project budgets
• Provide statistical information for reports and support the Executive Director in confidential and sensitive planning and implementation of projects
• Coordinate events and plan events
• Generate quotes, invoices, sponsorship packages, and donation revenue
• Manage equipment donations
• Write grants and proposal
• Identify, develop, maintain, and enhance internal and external partnerships
• Maintain records with CRM system (Raiser’s Edge NXT or Monday.com
• Administrative tasks, and other related responsibilities
