For our office in Hamburg we are looking for a

Fund Analyst (m/f/d)

*Full Time or Part Time

Your Tasks:

• Manage cash transfers related to investment activity, including proceeds from asset sales, investor distributions, redemptions, and payments to service providers

• Handle related fund documentation, including bond subscriptions, supporting transaction records, and drafting acquisition or divestment statements

• Act as the main point of contact for fund values and performance information for investors, internal teams, auditors, administrators, and other stakeholders

• Prepare and share fund figures for quarterly, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting, and support ongoing investor communications

• Represent the fund in client and stakeholder interactions in coordination with designated relationship managers

Your Profile:

• Hands-on and proactive individual who possesses initiative, and adaptability and can communicate effectively across multicultural teams.

• First professional experience preferably with an AIFM or within Corporate Finance, Audit, or Consulting (+2 years desired experience).

• University degree in business or economics or any other investment-related field.

• First experience in financial planning, budgeting and financial modeling and a good understanding of general accounting rules and practices.

• Fluency in English, and German is highly desirable.
