About Your Company

Our client is a leading asset management firm offering a variety of investment solutions. Specializing in mutual funds, private equity, and diverse asset classes, they focus on innovation and client-centric strategies

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fund accounting to ensure funds are valued accurately and on time.
• Verify NAV calculations, performance fees, trailer fees, expenses, and corporate actions for the funds.
• Manage fund performance analysis, valuations, and investor reporting.
• Prepare monthly FRR returns to SFC and monitor liquid capital position in compliance with SFC requirements.
• Oversee interim reporting and meet fund auditing requirements.
• Optimize operational workflows to reduce risk and improve controls
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as trustees, fund administrators, custodians, and auditors.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Welcome Big4 candidates with AWM background.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Professional Accountancy or a related discipline.
• CPA Qualified Member or Finalist is a MUST.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, especially in NAV calculations and FRR Reporting.
• Solid knowledge of the asset management sector and familiar with trade products, including equities and fixed income (e.g., cash stocks, cash bonds, futures).
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, curious, and self-driven.
• Short Notice or Immediately Available is highly preferred.
