Job Summary:

As a Fund Accounting Product Manager in the Fund Accounting product management team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our product offering. You will develop new products, partner with Operations, Product Development, Client Service, and other teams to deliver a class-leading client experience, and collaborate with Sales partners on new business opportunities. You will help shape the team culture and drive meaningful impact through your expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a Fund Accounting subject matter expert supporting Senior Management, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Clients/Prospects
• Provide guidance on client, industry, and internal change programs, focusing on efficiency and standardization across the operating model
• Collaborate with business partners on client satisfaction initiatives and sales opportunities, including operating model development, legal agreements, and fee models
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
• Identify opportunities to develop and improve the service offering
• Participate in industry events to stay informed of market, client, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate Fund Accounting experience and understanding of the end-to-end model through Product Management, Product Development, or Operations roles
• Apply practical knowledge of Fund Accounting core processes and concepts across asset classes, trade lifecycle, fund expenses, P&L computations, balance sheet, and basic financial reporting standards
• Devise creative solutions in response to client requests and strategic product goals
• Use strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into actionable steps
• Exhibit organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask in a structured manner
• Approach execution with strategic thinking, accountability, and discipline to drive and implement development
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, bringing together multiple partners in a productive virtual environment
• Work independently in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments
• Communicate clearly with strong written and presentation skills, preparing quality materials and presenting confidently
• Adapt with agility to a changing environment and deliver business goals

• Understand diverse and complex technology and operations infrastructure, ideally with working knowledge of the FIS InvestOne platform
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and execution-driven mindset
• Collaborate across cross-functional and business teams within the bank
• Synthesize large amounts of information into clear recommendations
• Present and defend recommendations to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects and queries simultaneously, driving them to completion effectively
