Investigate, analyze and resolve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application issues with moderate direction from senior staff. Participate and perform investigations of application issues and interface with users and management. Participate in application training and in the development of training materials. Perform data analysis and develop reports. Perform application administrative functions.

Assist support staff in investigating root cause, resolving application issues and engaging IT as necessary. Participate in efforts with business unit employees to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications. Provide assistance and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications. Participate in the development of application testing and user training plans and materials.

What you’ll do:

  • Investigate and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.
  • Participate in application investigations and interface with staff.
  • Participate in data analysis.
  • Participate in process design and develop business cases.
  • Participate in application training.
  • Perform application administrative functions with moderate direction from senior staff.
  • Participate in the Development of test plans and testing.
  • Participate in the development of training plans/materials and training.
  • Participate in the collection of user requirements from users.
  • Discuss technical issues competently with team members and end users.
  • Exhibit a moderate level of understanding of application functionality and associated business process.

What we’re looking for:

Education requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED.
  • Or, 4 years of experience in IT systems support with Associate Degree in business
  • Or, 2 years of experience in IT systems support with Bachelor's Degree in business or IT

Compensation Range:

$74,551.00 - $93,188.50
