Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Pune

5 Days Working from Cummins Balewadi Pune office

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, translating manufacturing and sales processes into Salesforce requirements, and working with technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
• Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).

• Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes.
• Should have good understanding of basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off
• Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials
