The FRM HR – IT acts as the strategic interface between Human Resources and IT, ensuring HR priorities are translated into technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This role operates as the single point of accountability for HR technology engagement, coordinating multiple IT product teams, delivery partners and governance forums across the Americas region
The FRM HR – IT simplifies IT complexity for HR leadership while ensuring alignment with global HR product strategies, regional needs, governance standards and value realization expectations. The role requires strong experience in business relationship management, influencing senior stakeholders and enabling transformation through technology.
As an FRM HR – IT, you will:
Act as the Primary Relationship Lead Between HR and IT:
Serve as the trusted IT partner for HR leadership across the Americas, building strong relationships and ensuring a consistent interface between HR needs and IT delivery.
Translate HR Demand Into Actionable Technology Roadmaps:
Capture, prioritize and shape HR technology demand into short‑, medium‑ and long‑term roadmaps and product backlogs, aligned with global standards and regional priorities across US, Canada and LATAM.
Drive Value‑Focused Delivery:
Ensure HR technology initiatives deliver agreed business outcomes, tracking benefits realization, timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.
Represent HR in Global IT Product and Governance Forums:
Advocate regional HR priorities in collaboration with global IT product and portfolio teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant and relevant across multiple markets.
Enable Governance, Risk and Compliance:
Participate in IT governance processes and ensure HR applications meet security, privacy, business continuity and regulatory requirements, in line with business risk appetite.
Orchestrate Stakeholder Engagement and Change:
Coordinate HR leaders, IT product teams, super users and vendors to support communication, adoption, training and continuous improvement across the region.
Manage Delivery Partners and Vendors:
Collaborate with internal and external partners involved in the delivery, deployment and support of HR technology solutions.
