Position Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategy across all Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for Prime Video titles, including the messaging, promotional campaign and customer segmentation. Own the merchandising execution across web/mobile applications, cross-site, and outbound marketing channels for Prime Video, defining the marketing strategy and the content calendar, contributing to the content roadmap in collaboration with other marketing managers and country teams to increase viewer acquisition and engagement. Create and schedule individual merchandising campaigns to the international Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices including new content launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns. Measure impact and efficiency of merchandising strategies to iterate and improve performance. Optimize content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps. Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally with channel and product leads to implement improvements.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $125,400/year to $169,600/year.

Basic Qualifications


Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) using data and metrics to drive improvements; (2) performing data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables utilizing Excel or Tableau; (3) building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns that are hypothesis-driven and analytical; (4) managing cross-functional marketing projects or programs; (5) creating and implementing digital, product, or in-app merchandising strategies or campaigns.#0000
