About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist. Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is a community-based, curriculum-based, and evidence-based intervention for youth and families. The FFT Specialist will provide FFT services and provide oversight and clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapists. This position will also establish, implement, and maintain the FFT program as a whole and ensures fidelity to the FFT model.

FFT services will be provided in Lyon, Sioux, Osceola, O’Brien, Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, and Palo Alto counties. The FFT Specialist must reside in one of these eight counties and could be based in Spencer, IA or Sheldon, IA.

Salary Range

$55,000-$65,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

  • Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
  • Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
  • Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals mental illnesses
  • Regular travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
  • A certification in functional family therapy is preferred but not required
  • Experience doing program start-up and/or providing program oversite is preferred but not required
