SAP Commercial Process Expertise-Analyse and map current SAP R/3 commercial processes (Sales, Service, Billing, Pricing, Contracts, Delivery, Credit Management). Design and document future-state S/4HANA processes aligned with best practices and business needs. Support fit-gap analysis between R/3 and S/4HANA functionalities.
S/4HANA Migration Activities-Contribute to system conversion activities (data migration, process redesign, simplification item review). Support master data and transactional data validation for S/4HANA.
Support SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Regression Testing.
Go-Live & Hypercare Support -Support business operations during go-live stabilization and post-go-live hyper care. Monitor end-to-end commercial flows to ensure system readiness.
Interact with key users within KSB group globally, to ensure completeness and correctness of given task in time and support activities.
Support global rollouts for implementations of various projects.
Functional / Technical Competencies
Preferred- Good knowledge of KSB global Pump Products and main part types.
SAP-SD certification would be an added advantage
Hands-on experience in C4C & SAP Fiori
Experience in After Market business process
Proven experience of SD processes like OTC Cycle
Data Analysis, tools and procedures
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Total Experience of 7 to 9 years
5-6 years of Experience -SAP commercial processes (Module-SD & CS)
Experience in Pump services + SAP Knowledge
Integration knowledge with Customer service (repair sales, warranty).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Exposure to global rollout or transformation projects is an advantage
