About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – OneStream XF to provide application support and administration for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF, including application administration, troubleshooting, data management, workflows, business rules, calculations, and financial data flows. The consultant will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of OneStream throughout planning and reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on OneStream XF application support and administration.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Manage and troubleshoot:
• Workflows
• Data loads
• Business rules
• Calculations and allocations
• Dimensions
• Cubes
• Reporting
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct SQL-based troubleshooting where required.
• Manage OneStream metadata, security, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows between source systems and OneStream.
• Handle incidents, service requests, change management, testing, and release validation activities.
• Work closely with finance and business stakeholders during planning and reporting cycles.
• Support the investigation and resolution of application and data-related issues.
• Ensure accurate and reliable financial data throughout the planning and reporting processes.

Essential Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF application support and administration.
• Strong understanding of planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream workflows, data loads, business rules, calculations, allocations, dimensions, cubes, and reporting.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with metadata management and OneStream security administration.
• Experience managing user provisioning and access controls.
• Experience monitoring integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows.
• Experience with incident management, service requests, change management, testing, and release validation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to Board EPM.
• Experience supporting data loading and reporting in Board EPM.
• Experience working in financial planning, reporting, or consolidation environments.
