As a
Functional Consultant – D365 SCM, you
will:

• 
  In-depth understanding of the D365 Supply Chain Management
  (SCM) module, including processes like procurement, inventory, production, and
  logistics.
• 
  Knowledge of the D365 Finance module to
  integrate with SCM processes and ensure seamless end-to-end financial
  management.
• 
  Proficiency in using Power BI for creating
  dashboards and reports to track and analyze business performance.
• 
  Proven experience in implementing D365
  solutions, particularly in SCM, across different industries.
• 
  Familiarity with other D365 modules, AI,
  Copilot, and integration with additional tools or solutions within the
  Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
• 
  Strong ability to conduct business analysis and
  design solutions that align with client needs and requirements.
• 
  Ability to create comprehensive functional
  documentation and review technical documents from technical consultants.
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  for interacting with clients, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder
  expectations.
• 
  Capability to mentor junior team members,
  provide guidance, and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in D365 SCM
  implementation and support.
• 
  Design, develop, document, and support the
  client’s business processes related to the operations module in D365 SCM.
• 
  Demonstrate the configured and customized
  product to the customer, ensuring it meets their requirements and expectations.
• 
  Provide training sessions to end users on how to
  effectively use D365 SCM features and functionalities.
• 
  Create functional documentation for the solution
  and review technical documentation prepared by the technical consultant.
• 
  Responsible for executing and delivering project
  tasks within D365 implementations, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of
  solutions.
• 
  Assist the sales team with proposal creation,
  product demos, and other pre-sales activities.
• 
  Provide daily status reports on tasks and
  project progress in the prescribed format to project managers and stakeholders.
• 
  Mentor junior resources and provide necessary
  guidance to software engineers and senior engineers in completing assigned
  tasks.
• 
  Act as a liaison between the technical team and
  the customer, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the
  project.
• 
  MB 700 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification) is
  an added advantage.
