Medius is looking for a Functional Consultant with a focus on international projects to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with some of our most high-profile customers globally, supporting them in their automation journey and helping improve efficiency in workflow processes related to the Medius suite of products. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices and driving value realization from our solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with live customers to support process improvements and increased operational efficiency.

• Analyze customer data and workflows to identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.

• Advise customers on best-practice processes and system configuration within the Medius suite.

• Inform customers about new features and advise on how these can positively impact their business.

• Support customers during testing phases and go-live of new features and enhancements.

• Collaborate and interface with peers across the global Professional Services team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with cloud-based / SaaS IT systems.

• Experience in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and/or Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Strong structured working approach with solid communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.

• Previous experience working as a consultant or within accounting/finance-related roles.

• Proven experience working directly with customers, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide guidance on business processes.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV / Business Central, or Infor M3.

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.

Shift: This role requires a delayed shift schedule, from 12 PM to 9 PM Tunis time

Remote work: The position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
