This role is specifically tailored for Manufacturing professionals who want to drive digital transformation in production processes. You will lead initiatives within production planning, shop floor control, product configuration, and master data management, leveraging the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, including Discrete Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and Production Control.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to optimize business processes such as BOM management, routing, production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource groups.
  • Ensure integration between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), quality management, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for D365 F&SCM implementations and processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring they stay focused and on track.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&SCM features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Lead and participate in business analysis groups, contributing to solution improvements and proposal development.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing D365 F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, including hands-on experience with production orders, MRP, and Kanban.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into efficient, scalable, and secure ERP solutions.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for D365 F&SCM implementations, processes, and ongoing improvements.
  • Experience in mentoring and training colleagues is a plus.

  • A proactive approach to continuous learning, staying updated on new technologies and industry trends.
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.
