Functional Analyst & Tester (Risk Management)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst & Tester to support the delivery of risk management applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure high-quality software through functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for risk management solutions.
• 
  Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• 
  Collaborate with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• 
  Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• 
  Test applications and web services, identify defects, and support issue resolution.
• 
  Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills:

• 
  6–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Tester, or similar role.
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing.
• 
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 
  Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business requirements.
• 
  Knowledge of automation testing tools; Tosca experience is a plus.
• 
  Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience in the energy sector.
• 
  Knowledge of SpiraTest and test automation.
