Functional Analyst (Senior) – Healthcare & Business Process Analysis
Location: Brussels (Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week on-site)
Language Requirements: Dutch, French, and English (professional level)
Methodology: Agile / Scrum
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to support the analysis and optimization of business processes within a large healthcare and social security environment. The role focuses on understanding current and future business processes, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and producing high-quality functional documentation that enables successful solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document current and future business processes.
Organize and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Gather, structure, and validate business requirements.
Create functional documentation, use cases, user stories, process models, and specifications.
Model business processes using BPMN and UML.
Ensure implemented solutions align with agreed business requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and development teams.
Support testing activities and validate delivered solutions.
Assess cross-functional impacts of business and process changes.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Functional Analyst in complex IT projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with BPMN process modeling.
Knowledge of UML, Use Cases, User Stories, and functional specifications.
Experience supporting testing and validation activities.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
