What you'll contribute to:

As a SAP Functional Analyst with a Finance focus, you will support the stability, accuracy and continuous improvement of CleanCo’s SAP Finance landscape.
At CleanCo, Finance incorporates both finance and payroll systems and processes. You will act as the functional bridge between Finance (Financial and Management Accounting, AP/AR and Payroll) teams and technology, ensuring SAP supports financial controls, payroll, reporting and period‑end processes in a reliable and well‑governed way.

In this role you will:

• Own the functional analysis and configuration of SAP Finance and Payroll modules, including FICO and ECP
• Coordinate and lead the support and delivery of SuccessFactors, including the integration into Payroll.
• Build a strong understanding of payroll and month‑end processes and critical finance reporting.
• Translate finance and payroll requirements into clear, practical SAP solutions with the assistance from our SAP partners.
• Support financial controls, audit requirements and data integrity across SAP.
• Provide functional oversight of work delivered by support partners.
• Investigate finance and payroll related incidents and guide root cause resolution
• Support testing, change and release activities to protect system stability.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders, explaining system behaviour in clear and practical terms.

Your work will directly support accurate financial reporting, payroll, strong controls and confident decision‑making across CleanCo.
This role is a full‑time position based in Brisbane.

On your first day you will have:

• Functional experience with SAP Finance modules such as FICO.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll would be highly regarded
• Ability to understand and direct AMS consultants on the delivery across FICO, Payroll and SuccessFactors HR is very desirable
• Understanding of financial processes including period‑end and reporting.
• Experience translating finance requirements into SAP configurations.
• Experience working with managed service or AMS partners.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally or visually.
• Desire to grow your competencies across SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Experience supporting BAU in governed enterprise environments.
