
The PeopleSoft HCM/FSM System Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials/Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FSM) applications. This role provides Level 2/3 application support, troubleshoots and resolves production issues, delivers minor customizations and configuration changes, and ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of the PeopleSoft environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT partners, the analyst gathers requirements, recommends solutions, and implements enhancements that support evolving business needs. The role includes developing and maintaining PeopleSoft objects such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker interfaces, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, and SQL scripts, while adhering to established development, security, and change management standards.
