As a Functional Analyst (Order & Inventory Management) within TVH's Information Department, your primary role involves integrating, streamlining, and optimizing our core Order Management and Inventory workflows across the global TVH ecosystem.
This role is open due to an internal promotion as our team continues to grow. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical delivery by translating complex order fulfillment and inventory needs into scalable, future-proof functional requirements and configurations.
Solution Design & Collaboration: Actively participate in designing and recommending functional solutions across Order Management Systems (OMS) and inventory frameworks, ensuring business requirements align with TVH's broader global technology ecosystem while collaborating closely with dev teams on technical delivery.
Requirements & Process Analysis: Elicit, evaluate, and document detailed business and functional specifications for Order & Inventory Management, order fulfillment, and stock allocation processes.
Systems Integration & Configuration: Translate business logic into functional configurations across our enterprise application landscape (including key platforms like Oracle and Blue Yonder).
Agile Squad Leadership & Estimation: Partner closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager. Guide developers and squad members in understanding user stories, setting realistic sprint estimations, and ensuring high-quality, on-time technical delivery.
Change Management & Adoption: Lead demonstrations of new features and system capabilities, driving smooth change adoption across cross-functional global business teams.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with market developments within Order and Inventory software domains, proactively conducting research and recommending process enhancements that drive organizational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights for non-technical business stakeholders.
Relevant Experience: 2+ years of functional analysis or business process management experience, preferably within supply chain, order management, or logistics environments.
Domain & Systems: Practical understanding of inventory and order fulfillment workflows. Experience with enterprise platforms like Oracle (e.g., Oracle Fusion), Blue Yonder, or dedicated OMS/ERP systems is a strong plus. Equally valuable is a strong willingness and ability to learn new software landscapes quickly.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical work experience.
Agile & Technical Communication: Proficient in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business leaders.
Fluency in English: Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong verbal communication skills.
Collaborative Mindset: A positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (approx. 10-20%) for key project milestones and stakeholder workshops.
