Functional Analyst (Medior)
We are looking for a Functional Analyst to support the digital transformation of a large infrastructure and utilities environment by helping modernize legacy applications and develop new digital platforms. You will work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions that support project and portfolio management processes.
Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating functional workshops, preparing epics, features and user stories, analyzing business processes, defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and maintaining functional documentation. You will also ensure functional consistency across end-to-end processes, support the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, and contribute to UX design using Figma.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Functional or Process Analyst in Agile environments, 1+ year of testing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with BPMN, Jira/Azure DevOps, Miro, MS Office, and Figma. Experience in engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
