Job Title: Functional Analyst (eYouth Applications Project)

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

This role focuses on translating business needs into clear functional requirements for the development of digital applications within a public service environment. The Functional Analyst works closely with developers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure the successful delivery and continuity of the eYouth applications project.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements (use cases and user stories)
• 
  Ensure consistency and coherence of functional decisions across the project
• 
  Follow up on development activities from a functional perspective
• 
  Perform functional testing and validation of delivered solutions
• 
  Support developers by clarifying functional requirements
• 
  Maintain continuity between analysis and development phases
• 
  Identify and resolve functional issues and dependencies across teams
• 
  Coordinate with stakeholders to unblock project-related challenges

Key Skills Required:

• 
  Functional analysis and requirements gathering
• 
  Functional testing and validation
• 
  Agile/Scrum methodology understanding
• 
  Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• 
  Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• 
  Basic SQL knowledge
• 
  Understanding of UX/UI principles
