Functional Analyst (Digital Transformation)

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to support the digital transformation of business-critical project management applications. You will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to analyze business needs, define functional solutions, and support the replacement of legacy systems with modern applications.

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• 
  Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, and solution proposals.
• 
  Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and support backlog refinement.
• 
  Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and support functional testing.
• 
  Document processes, data flows, dependencies, decisions, and functional specifications.
• 
  Ensure functional consistency across business processes and integrated systems.
• 
  Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• 
  Contribute to UX design activities (Figma experience is a plus).

Requirements:

• 
  3+ years of experience as a Functional or Process Analyst in Agile environments.
• 
  1+ year of experience in functional testing.
• 
  Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 
  Experience with Agile methodologies, BPMN, Jira/Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
• 
  Experience in engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or similar industries is an advantage.
• 
  Native-level Dutch is required.
