Mission Overview:

At Keystone Solutions, we connect people with technology to create a harmonious environment with water. We are currently seeking a Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on exciting projects that focus on digital transformation and innovation in the water management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to the InfraSquad product team in the functional development of the to-be solution.
• Capture, structure, and translate functional needs into clear and actionable analyses, scenarios, and solution proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Value Stream Owner responsible for delivering the solution.
• Assist in the preparation and refinement of epics, features, and user stories to ensure the team has sufficient clear and validated input.
• Prepare, facilitate, and process functional workshops with business stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
• Document and track functional decisions, assumptions, open questions, risks, and dependencies explicitly.
• Ensure functional consistency across end-to-end processes and various system components.
• Investigate content dependencies between legacy and target solutions, multiple functional domains, and self-built versus purchased solutions.
• Independently execute activities and communicate results clearly to the entire Product Team.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on analyzed business and solution flows.
• Build and maintain necessary documentation sets, including functional analyses, process descriptions, data flows and dependencies, decision logs, test scenarios, and test results.
• Ensure knowledge retention within the team so that functional insights and decisions remain transparent and reusable.
• Work on UX design screens, preferably using Figma (AI is a plus).

Profile Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a functional or process analyst in engineering, utilities, waste management, or equivalent in a (hybrid) Agile, functionally complex environment.
• 1+ year of relevant testing experience.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Team player with a drive to deliver results.
• Independence, proactivity, and flexibility are a must.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work through abstract thought processes.
• Transparent communication skills, including experience with supporting tools (MS Office, MIRO, Figma, TFS/JIRA/DevOps, etc.).
