Fixed term contract until December 2027.

Your area of work:

Revenue Management Clearstream is responsible for the billing of services to customers of Clearstream Banking, Clearstream Fund Centre Luxembourg, and LuxCSD. In your new role as a Functional Analyst, you will focus on the revenue streams from international and domestic customers, covering all services provided by Clearstream (including custody, safekeeping, etc.). The end-to-end process you will manage connects a wide network of IT applications with a highly automated billing engine to ensure the successful recognition of billable items, aggregation, calculation, invoicing, and downstream reporting. A core part of your mission will be to actively participate in project testing activities and ensure close collaboration with various business departments (including the CFO area, Corporate IT, and the Revenue Planning team, among others) to implement mechanisms for the correct billing of new services and products. Supporting Customer Relations and Product Management is also an integral part of your day-to-day activities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
  • Execute key controls as part of process governance (including month-end closing tasks)
  • Drive changes for process improvements
  • Participate in projects as a Functional Analyst
  • Collaborate closely with business units on all matters related to the external revenue and billing process
  • Provide support to Customer Clients, Relationship Managers (RMs), and others for billing-related questions
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams in Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Cork, and Prague

Your profile:

  • University degree in Engineering, or any other related field
  • Strong understanding of Clearstream’s business environment, operational processes, and post-trade ecosystem, gained through hands-on experience within Clearstream Fund Centre Luxembourg (CFCL).
  • Knowledge of client servicing, fund industry operations, revenue-related processes, and stakeholder interactions across Clearstream business areas.
  • Proven experience gathering and analysing business requirements, supporting process improvements, documenting business needs, coordinating testing activities, and contributing to the implementation of operational and technology-driven change initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced reporting), Power BI, and Power Automate, with practical experience designing dashboards, automating workflows, and developing management reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex operational data and business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Project Management, Client Services, and senior management in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating discussions, coordinating activities, and supporting decision-making processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Financial Services, Project Delivery.
