Mission Overview:
FUNCTIONAL ANALYST BILLING (SAP IS-U). Within an Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers), acting as the bridge between business profiles/requirement-solution and technical profiles/configuration-build. As the functional analyst point of contact, you analyze and translate requirements into end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs and are cost-efficient. Iteratively you realize solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value. You monitor and analyze incidents and defects and identify the necessary actions to resolve them. You execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues. You continuously strive for efficiency and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business profiles/requirement-solution and technical profiles/configuration-build within a multidisciplinary, Agile team.
- Analyze and translate requirements into end-to-end, cost-efficient solutions that meet customer needs.
- Iteratively deliver solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value.
- Monitor and analyze incidents and defects; identify and drive necessary actions to resolve them.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Trilingual: English, Dutch, and French. EN/FR or EN/NL must be excellent.
- Experienced in SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to detect and assess dependencies.
- Ability to assess requirements and solutions end-to-end.
- Good listener with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and delivering presentations in a group.
- Enjoys working against deadlines (sprints) with an Agile mindset.

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate within a multidisciplinary team (marketeers, analysts, process engineers, and more), acting as the bridge between business profiles (requirements, solutioning) and technical profiles (configuration, build).
