Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• 
  Support the analysis and documentation of control and audit processes;
• 
  Create functional specifications and supporting documentation;
• 
  Validate functionalities and project deliverables according to business requirements;
• 
  Execute and support functional and automated testing activities;
• 
  Prepare testing documentation
• 
  Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solution quality;
• 
  Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• 
  Use collaborative and project management tools to support project delivery and communication.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant;
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in:
• 
  Functional requirements and specification documentation;
• 
  Functional validation and testing activities;
• 
  Test documentation and bug tracking;
• 
  Agile methodologies such as Scrum or equivalent.
• Experience using collaboration and development support tools, including:
• SVN, Git, Azure, EasyVista, Confluence;
