About the role:
As a Functional Analyst you will join our product development teams and contribute to building country‑specific HCM & payroll solutions. You will work in a cross‑functional environment and play an active role in helping SD Worx achieve its ambition of becoming the number one provider in Europe.

Which tasks can you expect?
Preparing analyses and functional descriptions of business and customer needs, based on a solid understanding of the bigger picture and HR & Payroll specifics
Collaborating with team members to craft clear and complete user stories
Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood
Leading functional workshops with partners and defining data mappings together with them
Managing change requests related to data mappings at partner level
Providing input for UI/UX design
Writing user documentation in clear, user‑friendly language
Actively contributing to team processes to improve team performance and collaboration with other teams inside and outside the tribe
What do you have to offer?
Experience in a similar position within HCM solutions and local payroll regulations
Ability to work and communicate effectively with operations, implementation, and development teams in an international environment
Ability to capture business and functional requirements in close cooperation with domain specialists
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on long‑term, sustainable solutions within and beyond existing systems
Excellent communication skills
Interest in new technologies and eagerness to learn
A university degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Experience in system integration projects and Scrum methodology
Experience using Azure DevOps for project management
