ComForCare Home Health Care in Lanham, MD is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable Caregiver to provide quality in-home care for an elderly couple in Clinton, MD. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

**APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE AND A RELIABLE VEHICLE TO BE CONSIDERED**

Must be fully immunized and have previous caregiving experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to both clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and keeping the home tidy.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Monitor clients' health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed.
• Communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate family members or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Special Pay Opportunity! We offer a higher pay rate for this assignment because you will be providing care to two clients (an elderly couple). Your hard work and dedication are valued and compensated accordingly!

Requirements

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience required
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and seasonal influenza (flu)
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CNA license is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience providing care to elderly individuals is a plus
