The ideal candidate would be an experienced Lead fullstack Software Engineer, who managed small to medium teams and eager to take part in the development of our Contact Center as a Service product. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a highly motivated leader, who is passionate to investigate, learn and implement new technologies, as well as be happy to think out-of-the-box going beyond the immediate job description to help out where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers in developing frontend and backend components as part of the product

• Lead the development of brand-new, innovative Software Product

• Analyze Business requirements and provide effort estimations

• Design and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient Software Product according to up-to-date best practices

• Design and implement efficient deployment strategies in cooperation with DevOps team

• Coordinate development, integrations, and testing across other teams

• Hands-On development

• Write relevant software documents

Requirements

Mandatory:

• 2+ years of experience developing with recent versions of Angular.
• 2+ years of experience as a hands-on Team Leader, including direct people management of at least 2 employees.

Additional Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.
• 1+ year of experience with NestJS and Node.js.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
• 1+ year of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or an equivalent degree) from a recognized university, or relevant military experience.
• Experience using AI development tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PHP, Vue, and/or Azure Cognitive Services.
