Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Solution Lead with strong expertise in modern UI frameworks and solid backend development skills to join our Experience Design & Engineering Capability Unit. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will play a key role in developing scalable, secure, and user-centric web applications, combining strong front-end skills with back-end integration expertise. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and product owners to create high-performance solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor and technology leader, responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and future-proof digital solutions for clients across banking, insurance, wealth, and capital markets. This role requires Front End Experience Design & Full Stack Engineering skills and combines deep FSI industry knowledge with hands-on experience in designing complex enterprise and customer-facing solutions—leveraging cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data, and emerging GenAI & Agentic AI technologies. You’ll play a leading role in pre-sales initiatives, architecture governance, and end-to-end solution delivery within the practice and with clients.

Solution Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organisation, the software design and the implementation. The scope of the Solution Architect’s role is defined by the business issue at hand. To fulfil the role, a Solution Architect utilises business and technology expertise and experience.
Associate Architect Assist in and support the delivery of solutions for a project or a significant part of a project. Gain experience, knowledge and practice the techniques to manage requirements, integrate part project solutions, understand the structures and management techniques and technical governance. Assist the lead architect andoror team to deliver the desired results or outcomes of the project, including leading the teams across multiple projects. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 0 or 1, relevant security certifications, IAF andoror industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
