We’ve developed a groundbreaking Care Enablement Platform that automates the entire healthcare workflow, starting with primary care. Our platform integrates online consultation, productivity tools, and a unified patient data system. With features like auto-generated clinical notes, real-time dashboards, and Slack-like communication channels, we enable optimal patient care within 24 hours while boosting clinical workflow efficiency by 10x.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Anima, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare. You'll work on our Care Enablement Platform, automating healthcare workflows to deliver optimal patient care within 24 hours. This role requires strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular, Node, and React, with a deep understanding of user experience and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You'll collaborate closely with a team of ex-technical founders and CTOs, developing and deploying features that directly impact lives. What We’re Looking For:

• Strong competency in TypeScript, with experience in Angular, Node, and React.
• Ability to work full stack in JS/TS, with a focus on user experience.
• A pragmatic, first-principles approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with AWS (or willingness to learn), including services like APIG, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
• A growth mindset and the ability to tackle novel challenges using strong CS fundamentals.

What You’ll Do:

• Integrate key third-party APIs, including legacy EMR systems.
• Improve patient care through proprietary algorithms and deep learning.
• Ship features that directly save lives within your first two weeks.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Potential to lead a team and transition into a managerial role.

Our tech stack is JS/TS-based, with a fully serverless backend in AWS. We prioritize productivity, strong frontend-backend decoupling, and modularization. We're looking for engineers who understand the urgency and importance of what we're doing and are ready to make a difference in healthcare.
