What you should be good at

Role & Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Promote code quality through clean coding practices, peer reviews, and testing.

API & Integration

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API communication.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems.

Database Development

• Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL and Entity Framework.
• Create efficient data models, queries, and database integrations.
• Support performance optimization and reliable data access.

Python & Automation

• Use Python for scripting, automation, API integration, and basic data-processing activities.
• Understand, modify, and maintain existing Python-based services or scripts when required.

Quality & Performance

• Write and maintain unit tests and contribute to automated testing.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Identify improvements to application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployments, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and clean coding principles.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable web applications and backend services using .NET Core, Entity Framework, dependency injection, and middleware.
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including components, services, routing, forms, lifecycle concepts, and REST API integration.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming secure RESTful APIs, with knowledge of HTTP, JSON, authentication, authorization, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, CRUD operations, database design, query development, and ORM technologies.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, logging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment practices, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with C++.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, API integration, and basic data processing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation.
