This role sits within a high-impact engineering team focused on building secure, scalable, and globally distributed platforms that protect large-scale digital ecosystems. You will design and develop full-stack applications and backend microservices deployed on cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and reliability. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle—from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and production support. Accountabilities

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain secure and scalable full-stack systems and microservices deployed in cloud environments. You will contribute to architecture decisions, ensure high code quality, and support production systems while continuously improving reliability, performance, and security. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications and microservices on AWS
• Build and optimize backend services ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and Git-based workflows
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
• Implement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing for production systems
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, and on-call responsibilities
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of other engineers

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack engineering experience with a focus on backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development. You are comfortable working in fast-paced agile environments and have a strong understanding of modern distributed systems, DevOps practices, and scalable architecture design.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and CloudWatch
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Experience working in agile teams and cloud-native environments
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience preferred
