Full Stack Developer

Coder Trove is seeking a Full Stack Python Developer to join immediately and work on a business solutions SaaS platform. Working closely with our team, you will be given regular training and support and work in a fun and friendly team environment.

Your role:

• Debug and fix small issues in our Django-based backend and React frontend.

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the platforms performance.

• Implemented minor enhancements based on user feedback.

• Collaborate with senior developers and report progress regularly.

• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices.

• Document project workflows, model architectures, and key development milestones for knowledge sharing and process transparency.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to fulfill additional project-related tasks as needed.

Your skills and experience

• Experience with Python 3 and Django framework.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Working knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management (MySQL preferred).

• Understanding of version control (Git) and development workflows

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve small technical issues independently.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to analyze business data models and manage training/fine-tuning processes.

• Previous work with international teams and using English for communication;
