About the Role

Mynt is now looking for a top performer with a strong drive and creative goal-oriented mindset. You will be expected to work closely with the CPO, operations and product teams to analyze data, ship features and drive new initiatives.

You need to have a strong interest in working in a dynamic and ambitious scale-up environment and have strong analytical and technical skills.

What you’ll be diving into:

• Build product features end to end, from frontend through backend to data.

• Use our customer, transaction, and product data to figure out what to build next, and measure whether it worked.

• Partner closely with the CPO, product, and operations teams to understand customer problems deeply.

• Take full ownership of problems, not just tickets.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• Comfort working across the stack, from frontend to backend to data

• You think in products and customers, not just code

• Fluent in Swedish and English
