Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Fullstack Engineer to join a mission-driven HealthTech team dedicated to transforming patient care through intelligent automation. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building AI-enabled applications and scalable cloud infrastructure that directly impacts healthcare outcomes. We are looking for a systems-thinker who embraces modern AI-assisted development workflows to build robust, autonomous systems. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Architect and build new AI-enabled applications, workflows, and internal tooling.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and event-driven systems.
• Develop critical integrations with healthcare systems, telephony platforms, AI providers, and third-party services.
• Utilize modern AI tooling and coding assistants to maximize development velocity and code quality.
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform toward autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work consistent EST hours to ensure team alignment.
• Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
• A strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
• Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency with Firestore/Firebase and REST API development.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and containerized environments (Docker).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Vercel, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Knowledge of Python and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Background in building event-driven architectures, microservices, or real-time systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI SDKs, LLM integrations, and Voice/Conversational AI platforms.
• Direct experience within the Healthcare Technology sector.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.
