As a Fullstack Engineer, you will work across backend services, APIs, and frontend user interfaces, helping build scalable, secure, and intuitive platform features used by enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, ML, and DevOps teams to translate complex platform capabilities into reliable, user-ready functionality.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys end-to-end ownership, understands how backend systems and frontend experiences work together, and wants to build production-grade features in a real-world product environment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Integration

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting the platform’s core features.

  • Implement business logic, data processing, and integrations with AI/ML services and event-driven systems.

  • Design APIs and integration interfaces to product and technical requirements.

  • Work with QA and internal teams to identify, fix, and prevent defects.

  • Follow coding standards and best practices, and contribute to code reviews to maintain engineering quality.

  • Ensure backend components meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards.

  • Support production environment preparation, deployment, and live operation when required.

Frontend Development & User Experience

  • Develop responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for the platform’s operational-intelligence portal.

  • Build dashboards, metrics explorers, and monitoring interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and streaming endpoints.

  • Ensure smooth rendering and performance for data-heavy and real-time dashboards.

  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable frontend components.

  • Collaborate with Product and UX to translate technical and analytical requirements into clear UI workflows.

Platform Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with ML Engineers to expose AI/ML outputs through usable APIs and UI.

  • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment readiness.

  • Support Presales and Client Success teams when needed (technical explanations, demos, POCs).

  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Software Engineer or Fullstack Engineer role.

  • Strong experience with Python or Go for backend development.

  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Echo, or similar frameworks.

  • Understanding of REST API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

  • Proficient with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.

  • Experience with Docker and container-based development.

  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native concepts.

  • Experience with React / Next.js and TypeScript for frontend development.

  • Understanding of frontend performance optimization and state management.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Agile ways of working.

  • Comfortable with data visualization libraries such as ECharts, Recharts, or D3.js.

Nice to have

Exposure to API Gateway platforms, observability dashboards, or AI/LLM-based systems.
