What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services with PostgreSQL and Redis to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in an agile environment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring security and data protection.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to uphold best practices in software development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–8 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
- Proven experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis in a production environment.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
Preferred
- Experience with Prisma for database management and Render for application deployment.
- Understanding of best practices in software engineering, including design patterns and testing methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
