With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a Fullstack Developer for the next phase of growth.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer in the Underwriting Experience team, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by building the tools that power our credit operations. You will have end-to-end ownership of features, transitioning seamlessly between frontend and backend to deliver what is most valuable for the business. This role is central to Scaling our internal platforms through a mix of product-driven development and AI-led automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain services across the full stack, ensuring a cohesive and secure flow of data between our backend integrations and internal UI.

• Develop AI-driven automations and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to streamline credit processing and enhance our internal decision-making tools.

• Collaborate with designers and peer engineers to define data formats and logic that optimize the platform for efficiency and scalability.

• Implement and manage the full lifecycle of your code, from testing and peer reviews to deploying and monitoring system health in AWS.

• Drive technical improvements across our shared platforms, ensuring we maintain high standards for both our Node.js services and React components.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a versatile engineer who values flexibility and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You should have a structured method for navigating both frontend and backend challenges, with a particular interest in how AI can optimize workflows. You thrive in environments with delegated responsibilities and are motivated to build robust frameworks that support rapid organizational growth.

Qualifications

• A few years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a balanced ability to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks.

• Strong technical knowledge of our core stack: TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

• Practical experience working with AWS and managing third-party integrations in a secure, responsible way.

• Background in building financial systems within a regulated or high-growth environment is highly preferred.

One Last Thing

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
