About the Role

Remitee is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + Node.js) to join our Technology team. In this role, you will work on the development and evolution of core fintech products and internal platforms that support international payment operations.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with strong backend and frontend experience, capable of leading technical initiatives autonomously and contributing to product improvements from design to implementation. You will collaborate closely with engineering and business teams in a fast-paced environment, helping build scalable and reliable solutions across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend applications.

• Build and improve APIs, integrations, and internal services used across Remitee’s platform.

• Develop new product features and enhancements using modern full stack technologies.

• Lead technical initiatives and own specific projects or functionalities autonomously.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and development best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements with a proactive mindset.

• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform evolution.
  

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer.

• Experience with C# and TypeScript.

• Backend experience with .NET / .NET Core and Node.js (NestJS preferred).

• Frontend experience with React / Next.js.

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.

• Database experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.

• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Experience working in agile environments.

• Ability to work autonomously and lead technical initiatives.

• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

• Basic English skills for technical documentation and written communication.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or treasury-related products.

• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows.

• Knowledge of cloud environments and scalable architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.

• Understanding of event-driven or distributed systems.
