We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, and modern containerized application development to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy developing end-to-end solutions, working across frontend and backend technologies, and contributing to cloud-native application architectures.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining scalability, reliability, and security. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern development frameworks, container orchestration platforms, and microservices-based architectures in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Node.jsfor backend services.
• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and external services while ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments in Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and application security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management activities to improve deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously enhance system reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and system architecture.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with strong expertise in modern web technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS for building dynamic, responsive, and component-based user interfaces.
• Extensive backend development experience using Node.js, including API development and server-side application design.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and code quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
