Since our founding in 2015, we've grown to a team of 30+ professionals in Utrecht, helping organizations across the Netherlands and the UK manage, automate, and prove compliance around water safety. We're now expanding into Spain and beyond, with a clear ambition: become the global market leader within the next five years.
Our platform is undergoing a complete transformation, replacing our legacy system with a modern, scalable architecture built on microservices, event-driven communication, and a far more intelligent feature set.
We’re now entering an exciting new chapter: a complete rebuild of our platform into a modern, scalable architecture built with Node.js and React Native. To make this happen, we’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer who’s ready to help us shape the future of water safety software.
You’ll be part of a small, skilled development team working on the next generation of our product, from backend microservices to mobile interfaces.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything: if you’re strong in Node.js or React Native (and curious to grow into the other), we’d love to have you on board.
You’ll help design, build, and deliver new functionality, working closely with product and design to turn ideas into reliable, user-friendly features.
Build and extend our Node.js microservices platform
Develop mobile experiences using React Native
Collaborate on architecture and API design.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Contribute ideas to improve performance, developer experience, and quality.
Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate work.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in software development, with deep skills in Node.js or React Native (ideally both).
Mindset: Passionate about building modern, scalable products from the ground up.
Collaboration: Great communicator who enjoys working closely with teammates across disciplines.
Curiosity: Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
Bonus: Experience with microservices, cloud environments, or API-driven products.
