Fullstack Developer

Do you want to build B2C solutions that are used at scale – and actually matter to end users?

As a Fullstack Developer at GlobalConnect, you will be part of a team that owns the full B2C portal experience, from frontend to backend.

If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and building solutions that are continuously evolving, this is a role where you can really make your mark. The role combines new development, integrations, and continuous improvement in a high-impact B2C environment. You will work across the entire value chain. Close collaboration with stakeholders, users, and business teams is a natural part of your day, and you combine technical insight with a strong sense of ownership. You will work in an agile setup, collaborating daily with other developers, product owners, and you take responsibility for both delivery and quality.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2C portals using modern frontend and backend technologies

• Work end-to-end with both frontend and backend development

• Build customer-specific portal solutions on top of a shared platform base

• Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and users to shape solutions

• Contribute actively in agile ceremonies and continuous delivery

What you need to succeed

• Strong experience in modern Spring Boot microservice development (Java, preferably Java 21)

• Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs

• Experience with Angular 20 for frontend development

• Experience working with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum)

Beyond the technical skills, you are comfortable working in a stakeholder-heavy environment and enjoy being part of discussions that span both technology and business. Experience with designing and developing accessible digital solutions with a clear understanding of WCAG compliance is a plus, but not required.

The team & collaboration

You will join a fullstack team with mixed seniority and strong collaboration. The team is distributed across several locations and works closely together using agile ways of working. Daily standups, close collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership are key parts of the team culture.
