Must Have:
Strong TypeScript (3+ years production)
Has integrated with complex third-party APIs (ad platforms, payment, or equivalent)
Experience with webhook/event-driven systems, OAuth, rate limiting
Ships daily using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)
Evidence of learning a new domain/API and shipping production code in under a week
Nice to Have:
Meta Marketing API or TikTok Marketing API experience
Ad-tech / growth-tech background
Conversions API / server-side event forwarding experience
Experience with Hono, Drizzle, or similar TS frameworks
ByteDance/TikTok ecosystem familiarity
