Job Title: Fullstack Developer
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies, building secure APIs, and integrating payment services within a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications end-to-end from user interfaces to backend APIs and databases.
Build secure, scalable systems for payments processing, authentication, and data management.
Develop reusable frontend components using frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
Integrate external APIs and third-party services such as payment gateways, wallets, and financial data providers.
Ensure code quality through testing (unit, integration, and E2E) and peer code reviews.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Work closely with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain proper documentation for systems, APIs, and workflows.
Stay updated on new technologies and security best practices relevant to fintech and fullstack development.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional fullstack development experience (preferably in fintech or payment platforms).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or FastAPI.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and real-time communication (WebSockets).
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Git / version control, CI/CD workflows, and modern deployment practices.
Understanding of security practices such as encryption, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and secure data handling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management abilities.
